Welcome to Mary Margaret Voice! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mary Margaret Voice app (the “App”), including any related content, services, and products provided by Mary Margaret Voice (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian to use the App.
2. Services Provided
The App offers vocal training exercises, warmups, techniques, and other content tailored to improve singing skills and voice performance. Services may include subscription plans, on-demand video content, live classes, and additional features as described within the App.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
The App offers subscription-based access to its content and features. Pricing and subscription details are displayed within the App.
4.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
4.3 Cancellations
You can manage and cancel your subscription via your Apple or Google Play account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.4 Refunds
All purchases are final. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and only in exceptional circumstances as permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available through the App, including but not limited to videos, exercises, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Mary Margaret Voice and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and not to:
Share or distribute subscription-only content with non-subscribers.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit the App.
Engage in any conduct that disrupts the App’s functionality or harms other users.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activities.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Mary Margaret Voice does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mary Margaret Voice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting within the App, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
